Context

AggieWorks, a student-run product development agency, creates innovative applications serving 40,000 UC Davis students. Our portfolio includes five actively used products:

  1. Clubly: A platform facilitating club discovery and engagement

  2. RoomU: A user-friendly roommate matching service

  3. AggieExchange: A vibrant online marketplace for the campus community

  4. AggieMenus: A comprehensive dining commons menu

  5. Moober: A secure, student-based rideshare application

Objectives

As Director of Product Design at AggieWorks, I redesigned and developed the AggieWorks.org site. I had three objectives:

  1. Streamline the recruitment process, attracting prospective members

  2. Showcase our suite of five products, emphasizing their utility and impact on student life

  3. Represent our vibrant community, highlighting our collaborative and innovative spirit
